DRE owns a majority interest in all of its properties and manages its own real estate portfolio through its affiliate, De Mattheis Management Company, LLC (DMC). We provide all the necessary services from property identification through the ultimate stabilization of the income producing asset. These services include financial analysis, cost estimating, budgeting, construction services and supervision, leasing and marketing.

Property Management

DRE's affiliate, De Mattheis Management Company, LLC (DMC) is responsible for the management of the entire portfolio. Our professional management, financial expertise and operational oversight continually provide unparalleled returns on our investments.

Development and Land Acquisition

DRE has significant experience developing retail projects and has been involved with the renovation, repositioning and development of 141,000 square feet of retail properties, which are valued at approximately $32 million.

Construction/Tenant Improvements

DRE provides and supervises all general contracting services for our residential and retail portfolio. Our extensive experience in the renovation of multi-family dwellings and the development of retail shopping centers provides us with the depth and knowledge necessary, to cost effectively and efficiently bring these investments to fruition.
