Steven A. De Mattheis
CEO & Managing Partner
Steve has been involved with real estate acquisition, development, construction and property management since 1986. His current responsibilities include the planning and execution of new acquisitions, as well as the development, renovation and repositioning of assets for De Mattheis Real Estate. He is the founder and CEO of De Mattheis Real Estate, LLC and was an owner and Managing Partner of De Mattheis Management Company, LLC. He has been responsible for the land acquisition for retail shopping center developments, pad site developments, apartment acquisitions and urban rehabilitations and condominium conversions.
Steve earned his B.A. degree in English from Rutgers University, New Brunswick. He holds a CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and a New Jersey real estate license. He is a member of the following organizations: New Jersey Apartment Association, International Council of Shopping Centers, Institute of Real Estate Management and the Middlesex County Board of Realtors.
In 2011 Mr. De Mattheis was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer for NAI Hanson Management LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NAI James E. Hanson Inc. He worked there from 2011 – 2013. His responsibilities included the management of retail, office and industrial properties. NAI Hanson Management LLC provides property management services to High Net Worth Individuals, Investment Funds, Asset Management Companies, as well as Financial and Banking Institutions. In addition to providing traditional property management, Mr. De Mattheis also specialized in the management of distressed assets and function as a Court Appointed Receiver to those assets.

Alec De Mattheis
Alec managed the development and sale of 1901 Summit Ave, LLC, a 21 unit luxury condominium development project in Union City, NJ. Alec Is responsible for site location and the procurement of land for new residential projects.
Alec is a Fairleigh Dickinson University graduate. He earned a BS in Business Administration from the Silberman College of Business, which is one of the nations top ranked business schools. He also holds a New Jersey Real Estate License.
Chief Operating Officer
Tammy has been involved with Property Management since 2010 and has managed over 100 buildings. She has over 25 years’ experience in Operations and Financial applications. She has provided multiple clients with Business plans, system administration enhancements, staffing and development. Prior to joining the Real Estate industry Tammy was a Corporate Vice President and an appointed Leader in the Leadership initiatives at UBS Financial Services in NYC. Tammy has obtained the following licenses in her career; NJ Real Estate License, Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Life Insurance License, Health Insurance License, Certified Financial Planner Designation, NJ Social Worker Designation, and Emergency Medical Technician. Tammy has a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and Psychology from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ.
Chief Financial Officer
Christine has over 20 years’ experience in Financial and Operational Accounting. She has experience in Trusts and Estates as well as Real Estate Management and Development. Christine has implemented her extensive accounting knowledge to work with her clients in managing their multifaceted financial needs including but not limited to complex Trust and Estate tax filings, Real Estate Reporting, Forecasting and Budgeting. Christine has BA in Political Science from High Point University, High Point NC. Currently, she lives in Montclair with her husband and two children.
Cristina is an Office and Property Manager with DRE. Cristina has 10 years of accounting experience and manages all of the accounting functions for DRE in addition to a portfolio of retail and apartment properties.
